as time passes i seem to learn nothing... i remain the same... i think and do things that would deffenitely be stupid for the next person... oh well, things can be worse... so i have learnt that the Quebec gov't over paid me on a bursary and it has been accumulating for the past 3-4 yrs to about $2,000.00. sweet, eh! i called and assked the woman who takes care of my case why was it that they waited until it got to $2,000.00, did they need my pathetic two grand that badly.... i told her that i hadn't recieve a letter from them or else i would have paid for it long time ago... now that it's gotten so much, they send a letter asking for payment in full... how upsetting is that, aaarrrrggghhhh!!!!

did a cheesecake from scratch a few days ago... i love the topping which i made from scratch too.. haven't yet done the hush puppies been a bit lazy on the cooking front... but been eating plenty of pasta this past few days... the rose sauce we got at the restaurant "pasta tutti giorni" and let me not forget the amazing the ceasar salad dressing... which we have gone back already to get another bottle... salad galore that i been on the past few days too... heee....
chris hasn't called me i guess she's not truly happy with me after the situation with kyanna... she acted very not nice... and i told her so... i bet that she will call when she needs a babysitter... yeah knowing her... well, that will come sometime soon...
armando been sorta taking some of my stuff i don't mind really but i need to say he has my stereo and my fan which i thought had been stolen but got a confirmation that he had it...
my carpo-tunnel syndrome... is still there... painfully there... i should do something about it.... as i get no action on my hands when they get numb.... even washing dishes get them numb.... i am just a bit scare over the small surgery... what if... factors roam around my mind and i just tend to live with it incase... as both hands get numb and have the syndrome.... sucks to be me in that dept! oh well, live with it!!!!

...b-g's been asking me to do a list of his journals for him... i had done one in the past but because of the so many viruses that infected my PC and the cleaning of it... i forgot to put it on disk and givie him a copy.. yep it got scrapped with all the junk on my PC about 5-6mths ago... so i sat a few hours in front of the PC getting all the links to his journals & some interesting sites.
got into a few arguments with b-g over the pack rat skills he has acquire the past 10yrs... i want a skilled organizer to come in and help fix the apt that looks like a crazy old man lives in... damn... what to do... and he loves all the design-show on life, HGTV, and others... what to do???
... so Sonny has like 3 kids and one on it's way... how nuts is that... Carly you are crazy... i guess you love the prick!!! Sam get over it... you stole Jason from Courtney... you go courtney Jax is a hunk! yum!!! As for you ass Nikolas go F-- yourself with that Mary slut and let poor Emily go to the arms of lucky! yeah!!! GH rocks so does... AMC!!! Greenlee du Pres sucks why Ryan why??? what's wrong with Kendall, you could have been the one to turn/fix her... i guess you didn't like the challenge... Billy's Original Hush Puppy Recipe
1 cup self rising flour
2 cups self rising cornmeal
3 tablespoons sugar 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
4 tablespoons oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped or ground in food processor
1 cup buttermilk
Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar and baking powder in a large bowl and mix well. Combine oil, eggs, onion, pepper and buttermilk, stirring well. Add to dry mixture and mix well. Batter will be stiff. Use 2 tablespoons of batter (or an ice cream scoop) to form each hush puppy. Drop into hot oil (350*) and fry approximately 4 minutes or until brown. Yield: 20-25.
Hush Puppies
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup white sugar
1 large onion, diced
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup self-rising cornmeal
1 quart oil for frying
In a medium bowl, mix together eggs, sugar, and onion. Blend in flour and cornmeal. Heat 2 inches of oil to 365 degrees F (185 degrees C). Drop batter by rounded teaspoonfuls in hot oil, and fry until golden brown. Cook in small batches to maintain oil temperature. Drain briefly on paper towels. Serve hot. Editor's Note: We have determined the nutritional value of oil for frying based on a retention value of 10% after cooking. The exact amount may vary depending on cook time and temperature, ingredient density, and the specific type of oil used. Makes 8 servings .

1 3/4 cups yellow cornmeal

Blend well.Using a large spoon, drop by spoonfuls into the hot oil, and cook until golden brown. Reserve the cooked hush puppies on a plate lined with paper-towels or a clean tea towel.

so the week past quickly at my moms. except for a few fights and the heat of South Carolina everything weas good. my brother is so military/marine like. no more drugs but the booze seems to be constant in his life at the moment. i hope he doesn't become an alcoholic. he has 4 more days to party and then back to the marines in North Carolina for 2 weeks and then to Missouri settling for 3 months.
b-gee likes my neice tons, he finds her so but so cute... she is no doubt but he is so funny... heeee... i'm very happy that he met my family even though we did go through some rough patches. he also finds my brother very polite... and as for my mom he finds her very charming. my sister is very greedy and selfish, like i didn't know that. heee... ooh well, you don' choose who your family will be so that is what i had to tell him... in september will be my turn to meet his family... yikies!!! heee...
OK, so we took pics of the Piggly Wiggly in SC... heee... The Pottery place in Annapolis, was amazing and the Cheesecake Factory in Baltimore was great...
...did i mention the heat was awful... yukies!!! 104 not fun!!! felt like a roasting steak put on the broiler to make it well done... thank god for A/C...
now plans for San Fran and Toronto and let's not forget b-gee's sister's wedding in September 25 in Edmonton, Alberta, prairie land!! Yahhoooo!!!

on Friday, July 2, 2004 she came into my life... she was a dirty, malnurished kitty... she was cute above all what she had... at the begining she hissed at us... so we ened up putting her in a box with a fluffy towel and small blanket...for her not to feel the harshness of the box... we pet her for hours so she would get use to us and eventually trust us... we gave her tuna/milk (as we found out milk not a good idea, by the vet) for that day... then we took her to the vet on the 3rd, they asked what was her name and i named her 'Grace'... a ear wax and stool sample was taken... it came back negative... the vet asked us to come back in 2weeks... she was concern over Grace's tilt on her right side... b-g was concern she had more then that and kept always saying 'are you sure you want all the responsibility and how about if she is a really sick kitty, do you really want that?' i told him that i didnt care that Grace was perfect and i will be keeping her no matter what... i also said 'what! do you wish me to put her back outside... i don't think so! never!' in my mind and heart she was mine, for always... i would look after her and keep her safe and healthy... so i thought i could... i took care of her, stayed up with her... i tried to make Grace as happy as i could... took her to the vet to find out what was wrong with her... yes, she walked with her head tilted and her hind legs were a bit high when she walked, like she had something stuck up her behind... Grace had the most cutest way of looking at you and meowing, your heart just melted... i picked her up as if she was a baby and she stayed in my arms sleeping and purring... she slept alot, and needed to be woken up to eat... she loved our bed covers... she layed there for hours sleeping. but the best place to sleep for her though was my chest/stomach... Grace loved it the best! i had never seen a kitty with such a craving to be loved... it showed in everything that was done to her in the most thoughtfulness way, we gave her a bath and she didn't fuss and was accepting of the blow drier. she got into messes alot (her own) but i washed her feet all the time... as i found out she loved the heat of the blow drier and slept through it... days were passed me playing with her as much as i could but not being too rough as she was skinny as hell... when she wasn't sleeping she wanted to be with me, i had become her serogate mother... i loved Grace as she was my own... i don't care if she was a kitty... we are all god's creations!!
yesterday, was the worst i ever felt... the day began beautifully, Gracy-pooh was happy as usual... came to us and was walking around the condo and meow looking for me... once she found me, she right away came to me and stuck herself between my legs meowing, like saying pick me up! heee.. so i did... we took her to the bed where she layed on me... for while and then walked to be with b-g... she slept there for a while then b-g wanted to go to the kitchen and i decided to take care and put her on the covers... she layed there and then i picked her up and took her to see what b-g was doing ... all of a sudden i felt her to be weak and some thing was wrong... she wasnt really waking up and then i put her down on top of the washer where all the recent washed clothes were... she started to arch herself and meow like crazy... as if she was in pain... i picked her up and as i was taking her to the living room she just passed stool and b-g was upset as i told him to please clean in up with bleach... as he did that... i access the situation and tried to see what was wrong... i thought it would pass so i waited a bit... then she just went from being ok to not breathing... there was no time to take her anywhere... Grace passed away at 3:19pm...
