We woke up to a really beautiful day... As I started to surf for a rental car and a hotel at great prices... I hear b-g screaming my name... saying "come here! something's wrong!!!" I go and what do I see mr. pikachu-nunun dead... not moving or anything... I cannot believe he went so fast... ok so I had him for like 6-7yrs... his 7th b-day was coming up in Nov. but I guess he will miss it... I will miss him, b-g will miss him... he was a cute fellow... hee...
this my bro is on the right... David and one of the Sergeant in boot camp.. and now is dating my sister... heee...
we went to T.O. for 4 days... b-g went for the annual resident-exams... he was an examiner but this time he graded them... bought a few things at chapters and then went across the street to eat at Montana Restaurant (145 John St. T.O. , Ont. 416-595-5949: no site!)... not to coflict with Montana's," 's " makes a difference apparently, as we were told by one of the hostesses... heee...
Ate at Hosu's the first day there... it was good... went to Silver Snail to get my dose of anime bookworm fix!! order alot room service like 3-4 times, yum! there was this really good pasta dish, which is no longer available as they change their menu every 6 mths. oooh, well... found a really good dessert which was made with bananas, 2 crepes, slice almonds, really good ice cream, a bit of whip cream and a almond/honey sauce... which was very dreamy!
on our last day... we took off and landed in Scarborough... Pacific Mall was our target... we ended up spending like 200$ in japanese dishes at Utsuwa-no-yakata (Unit F82 - 4300 Steeles Ave. EMarkham ON L3R 0Y5 905-513-2737)... which i love and got a set of 2 donabe pots (ginpo). very beautiful...
driving back to mtl. we stopped at the big apple in Colborne, ON... which the apple pie we bought was amazing! and let's not forget the apple chips! yummm!!!
Now we are leaving once again.. this time to Edmonton for b-g's sisters wedding on the 25th... we'll be there for 6 days... got the plane ticket already... gonna stay at the delta hotel and rent a car...
then in early Oct. we are going to San Fran., CA for b-g's conference and for a bit of a vaction for us... we will be there for 3wks. yeah!!!
that will we all... yeah!!
