HAPPY BELATED X-MAS!!

WE missed our plane and had to spend another gran on the flight... That was not fun! We left at 8pm instead of 4pm... Went to eat Korean food before we left at 8pm and send the packages that would have been send after the holidays... It sort of worked out... I guess...

I send of all the presents on the 22nd... SAJ, Goddess, Demi, Yoshie and B-G family...

Shopping was a nightmare... Thank goodness its over...

Spend the Holidays with my family in the US was kind of fun. My bro was a pain for a while...

We were running around trying to get all the ingredients for the x-mas diner and finishing some last minute shopping for some people...

The hotel maid kept waking us up early and I could not go back to bed after she woke me. On Thursday I only slept 3 hours watching a movie... That was a bad thing to do but the movie which I forgot the name was really good. A 1940's one. I miss the US for the wonderful old movies they have and keep showing, here they don't do such things...

We didn't take much pictures, we have just realized that!

We stayed at a hotel this time around as the house was full this year. My sis and mom aren't in good terms its been a while now. They don't wish to fix it and it makes me sad...

My brother doesn't respect me and when I told him so, he just call my opening up to him a total bullshit. Well, is it cuz he's young and all or that he simply doesn't want to deal with me. I left VA not speaking to him.

I guess this holiday was sort of not that fun but I made it feel the best that I could. B-G is very understanding and supports me 1/2 way but that is another matter to not discuss... I had an OK time... I wish my family got along better. They don't seem to understand that and think that when you are trying to help them, they feel you are trying to control them or tell them what to do. I left it as that...

We didn't even take pictures of Ruffus. We also cleaned my mom's front yard of all the dead leaves it had... We spend a few hours outside, as VA was not really cold and for the first time in a long time we had a non-white x-mas. No SNOW! That was sort of wierd.

And in AB it was also pretty warm. Hopefully next year when we pass the x-mas holidays (we have decided) with B-G's family, AB has SNOW!!

I made the x-mas diner and got no help except from B-G and my mom. The rest of the family sat and watched tv and played the PS2... I will not be putting myself through that next year as we will be spending it in AB. Too much work!!!

Before my bro got into a spat, we took him to Pentagon City Mall... He spend a gran that my mom gave him for x-mas... Also, I got a few games for my PS2: Katamari Damacy, TAIKO: Drum Master and In the Groove. Send my mats through the post and will be getting them the 5th... Crap I cannot wait but for now I can play Katamari and Taiko so it's not that bad. Still thinking if I should get PS3 or PSP?

B-G and I got my mom some fruit and passion stuff and kitchen gear from Bed and Bath... My mom got B-G a really nice watch... We got some anime, a japanese doll and a sake set from my bro... My mom gave me money and a pair of Jade earings... B-G got from me a Palm One: Life Drive mobile manager. B-G and me gave my bro cologne... My sister got from us La Senza stuff... And she gave us a photo of my neice... B-G gave me a language translator but will exchange for a better one (is that bad? but the one I want is better and cost about the same and it also connects to a pc) and he also gave me some movie and dvd gift certificates...

We send off all the stuff to his family and some of the penpals and blog friends I sort of made through out the year... They will all be late but better later then never right???

I uploaded most of the pictures that I took onto my flickr account. Also, spend some time commenting on my contacts and looking at their photos...

New Years will be spend at Emily's family's place... B-G will be working New Years which sucks but hey we spend x-mas together...

The girls are doing great! They ate the chocolate brownies we left on top of the stove but they seem to be ok, I called poison control and my vet. They are doing fine... They scared the crap out of us! I wanted to wring Mondo's neck, when I found out...

Now that is over I can sort of laugh about it but it could have been worse... Thank goodness it wasn't and now it's all over... I need to be more careful about leaving things on the stove for next time...

Gonna go and see what's up with the net.. Need to wash dishes and get back to Katamari...

It's been pretty snowy... It dropped a total of 41 cm on Dec 16th!! Nori came over at 6:15pm we ordered in instead of cooking as we could not use the car, it was stuck!!!

We got it out at the end of the night and drove Nori home... I been studying Japanese. It's pretty hard...

I will be sending all my x-mas presents late.. We leave the 22nd, I may send some of the US girts in the US but still thinking about it!

Catching up on my podcasts... Crap! I have not been alot online and my blog is not so interesting any more. I need to write my thoughts more. I been getting antsy and I have alot to say but words never come to mind when I am writing so I get stuck.

Whatever, I have seen the most cute present for someone? It's a bit pricey but it's totally cute! I have to think about it...

I got my sister her gift already... One down 20 to go. The list this year is smaller which is great! I have less friend... pretty funny right! heee... I need to wake up B-G to go shopping! We need to get his family the gifts and send them of before we leave. I need to send to CA and Japan... Crap! The list that is growing is the one from the net!

Some may be surprised, others already know...

The thing is they will all be late!!!! LATE!!! I am a last minute person some times, and I hate it!!!

Monday-Dec. 5th, 2005, Got my baby a PS2... Yah!! It all started B-G and me waking up early... Had to be at the Advisor at 11:30am at Layola campus! I was 10 min late. Saw her, she was so helpful. I need to make a letter to explain why I want to go back to school... It's a long story... So it went all good... Went to the psych. section to get the info. I need to get into... Also, need to get a app. with A&S advisor to get it up and going... Passed by Sir Georges campus to pay the 6.15$ which was preventing me from getting into my Japanese course on Jan. 17th, 2006! I am so excited, I cannot wait...

Talking about Japanese, I was suppose to meet Nori a Japanese guy who has been living here for 2 months. But the place that he picked had closed down a few months ago... I sat around where the place was suppose to be but nothing. I got stood up I ended up sending him an email with my cell # for him to call. Then about 1hr later I realize I'm downtown and why not just go around and shop a little... I went to Video store and bought some Anime! And was leaving when I realize why not just get a PS2 at the Sony store it's on special! So, paid cash and yummy! Cute as ever, small and compact! DDR here I come! So now I will be double booked by the gym and the DDR that will help with all the flab I carry! Sweet!!!

Came home and just slept. I was so tired from walking around with my freaken high heel boots that killed my feet! But I had tons of fun shopping for my fave. stuff!!!

Tuesday-Dec. 6th, 2005, B-G and I were woken up by a investigator for the furniture. He took pictures and found that the commode will be replaced and put the missing screws for one of the night tables... I cannot wait all is falling into place! We ended up going to bed after he left! We had stayed up the previous night, talking and watching tv... We went to Future Shop and got DDR extreme 2, the only game that was there. We didn't got to Best Buy, no time. B-G was heading to work. The pad is next. I send Twinkie Beyond a big ass email asking for his help. I hoped he wouldn't mind...

I been nocking my head onto the floor, for gifts for people! I have a few ideas... For those I their address they probably will get stuff from the net! I will be shopping on the net! I have gotten some good ideas through this vast spider web!!! I have also thought of my family and they are getting money... That is it! The only people that we need to buy really are the children: B-G neices, my neice, Josephines soon to be girl and Demi's little girl...

This year, I am planning getting B-G either the Sony's DSCT7 Cyber-shot® Ultra-Slim 5.1 or a Life Drive Mobile Manager! He doesn't know and he needs both but he would kill me if I bought both!! Yikes!

Wednesday-Dec. 7th, 2005, was quiet... Except that Nori and I ended up meeting this time I set a place. I ahd forgotten thank goodness I had asked him to call me before he left his home to go and meet.

We ended up going to Yoy and sitting there, he thought I could read Kanji but no way! I am at level 0. I thought I had told him that already. I guess he like totally forgot about it, how I have no idea... Ok, whatever!

It was fun... Then we ended up going to Chapters... Yes, i am cab-chick! the cab driver was ariot! He like totally was so funny. He thought I was Oriental, I said it was probably my glasses but no he kept insisting but I was like no and Nori was like no either. We just looked at each other and just let the subject fall. Plus, we got to our destination and well it was left at that! Heee.... So in Chapters I got some English Grammar books to see which would be good for him to have. I picked an Idioms book and a grammar exercise book that I will be testing him on in the following months to come! Heee... He is very eager to learn, which is great!!! I had total fun!

Ended up showing him the section of English manga and then walking through all the 7 underground malls that are inter connected! And ended up showing him the Video place were I buy my anime! He could not believe the prices! As in Japan the prices for anime or manga are way lower then here. Hee... Plus, he didn't recongnize the anime or manga that is popular here... Pretty funny!!

We also walked all the way to Chinatown, where we were freaken frozen and ended up taking a cab to St. Denis and then walking back to Yoy to get my lost mittens... Which I found!!

Then I called B-G to get decent that I was bringing Nori to the house. We talked and he had a coffee ála B-G style! Pretty yummy! I helped him with his pronounciation! Also, sort of watched Inuyasha and Witch Hunter Robin. And also showed him that our paid per view channels have x-rated stuff that cannot really be seen in Japan... We studied until 2:30am and B-g and I drove him home... We ended up going to the West Island to leave B-G's billing sheets!

Bed was reached at 3:15am... We slept like babies...

Thursday-Dec. 8th, 2005, I have been reading my emails... Twinkie Beyond!!! answer my big ass email... And helped me decide for a DDR Mat!! I bought it on Ebay, today!! It cost $40.00 for 2 pads/mats!! Yah!!! I still have to get a msg back from the seller. As I asked him how long will it take to get here. Or is it better to send it to my moms? I won the BID and will pay as soon as he responds...

Listen to the latest Twinkie Beyond Podcast! And been catching up with Mr. Brit aka Robbie - Jpop Blast!! I need to drop him one of my big ass emails I do!!! I told Twinkie Beyond not to mention it, let it be a nice surprise as Mr. Brit's always saying that he loves to get emails!!! Hee... Hee... I have much to say to the guy! I have yet to finish all of his previous podcasts!!! Mr. Brit and Twinkie Beyond will be teaming up to make a PODCAST which has no name as of yet! I cannot wait! I have to also get my ass in gear and start listening to the other Podcasts mention on their shows and a few that I like on the side! HEEEEE.....

Got an email from Nori. Responding to my does he want to get together tomorrow for a couple of hours to study! I answered him to come over!

So, I have also decided on the purchase of a PS2 (SCPH-70000 CB) it's only $164.99 CAD, which is not bad! Why? well, I want to get DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) and a good pad. And I can't find a pad for the NGC. There are so many pads for PS2 theres:

1. Cobalt Flux $300 (one of the best)
2. Red Octane Afterburner $200
3. Red Octane Ignition $100

There are also the ones that are like between 14.99-89.99 but those apparently break down fast! Right now there almost all out of stock. There's a few wireless which are cheap, Walmart even carries DP. Most of the Pads are out of stock...
