for the past few weeks i been wondering what the hell was crashing my PC (its only 6mths old the #$%^) turning it blue... so, i called mycrobytes and brought it in to them... on Sunday, they came to the conclusion that there were some viruses, with a $40 dollar charge, which i paid... i cannot believe it happen as i'am clinically always on top of my norton & all other updates that need to be done. like, checking it like 3-5 times a day and then i get told that my PC was experiencing virus problems, what the hell! i come home hook everyhting and it does it again, i just decided to reset and it all was good for the day... on Tuesday, it does the same thing again... took a picture to capture it (have pics of other time it has crashed)! i am deciding if i should take it back for repair.

i started to look really closely to see what the prob was..looking at the windows task manager nothing was wrong there... so i decide to go to the 'application' tab and start IE. what i see is 'SysFader' popping up when IE is loading but fades and IE 'home page' is shown.

i read all the threads on the wilderssecurity.forum and tried the fade information guidelines they had there... i haven't seen any problems but also, windows update has just installed the hotfixes (6) for what ever was wrong, i think. my mouse doesn't want to run away from me like it had been doing for the past few weeks and no blue screens, yet! crossing my fingers that it won't happen again... it discourages me from surfing...
